Main Features :

Zestard's Advanced Contact Form Extension provides you the facility of adding rich features by selecting the departments to which the admin wants to send the email and let him add multiple contact- inquiry email recipient in the department.

Benefits/Application :

1. With this extension, you can enable your store customers to submit queries, requests, messages to multiple departmental person or representative like; Retail Department, Customer Support Team, Logistics and Transfer, Webmaster Support, Branch wise support, Head office support etc.
2. Enable/Disable Extension from backend.
3. One extra field Department is added in this form so admin can add type of departments from backend so these are display as Department field options.
4. There is also an option for add email of every department so admin can get emails on given email-id.
5. You can also choose email template and also email sender from backend.

Stability : This is the first stable release of extension.

Supported releases : This extension is tested and working successfully on Magento Community Edition 1.7.x, 1.8.x, 1.9.x.

Front End Features :

1. User can fill in contact us form with the required details and select a Particular Department from the dropdown list to send the inquiry. (Note: Advanced Contact form access URL will be your-store-URL/Contact Us)
2. User will be receiving a success message after a successful Contact us form submission.
3. The form consists of details such as Personal Details and Address Details
4. 100% Ajax Front-end

Admin Features :

1. Multiple Email IDs can be added for any department and the Email copy will be received by all the added Email IDs.
2. Admin can configure Contact us form and enable it from admin panel by choosing Advance Contact Form Status.
3. Admin can set visibility of attribute.Admin can add department wise contact email in a prescribed format. Must be in the format e.g.: Department Name | email address1, email address2;Department2 | email address3;e.g. Sales Support | [email protected], [email protected] ; Service Inquiry | [email protected], [email protected]; Advice & consulting | [email protected], [email protected]. This means if a customer selects Sales Support, email for the customer’s inquiry will be sent to both [email protected], and [email protected] email addresses.
